Unter seiner Leitung wurde innerhalb von 5 Jahren ein innovatives Elektronikwerk mit modernsten Fertigungs- und Logistikprozessen realisiert. Eine perfekt organisierte Wertschöpfungskette und die Integration moderner Management-Tools waren Vorrausetzung für den Gewinn des Industrial Excellence Awards 2000 – „Die Beste Fabrik“ und des TOP-Ehrenpreises des Bundeswirtschaftsministeriums 2004. Seit 2001 leitet Johann Soder auch WIEPROconsulting, eine Organisation die unternehmensweit Geschäftsprozesse gestaltet und perfektioniert.

Am 01. Oktober 2007 wurde Herr Soder zum Geschäftsführer Technik ernannt und damit verantwortlich für die Bereiche Innovation und Produktion.
