Student Life

Despite the challenge of studying at WHU, there is no lack of student life here. Diverse initiatives and projects, university sports, and numerous cultural activities, such as the performances by the theater group, offer a variety of opportunities for involvement, no matter what interest a student may have.

Another example for engagement is the bachelor-movie. Made by students of the Bachelor program in Business Administration/Management, it shows the way the students see the WHU.

Campus life at WHU is characterized in particular by the family-like atmosphere. As early as the student-organized orientation week for new enrollees, students get to know those in their own class, as well as those in the upper classes. This camaraderie among the students is felt throughout the entire time at WHU, and remains even after graduation has passed. Students benefit from the internationality of the university, whether at home or abroad. More than 100 exchange students at WHU enrich the classrooms each semester. The so-called “Tauschies” bring parts of their culture to the everyday life of the students, and are welcome guests at every party.
