For being matriculated within the doctoral program, your doctoral project needs to be supported by a supervisor who has to be a WHU professor.

 Please address your application directly to the respective chair. They will provide you with further information with regard to the application procedure.

 As soon as you have found your first supervisor, the respective chair will provide you with the form for matriculation and the declaration for acceptance by the supervisor. The matriculation form also names the documents that are to be submitted. These are mainly:

 - your CV

- a certified copy of your general qualification for university entrance

- a certified copy of your diploma / master / bachelor degree

- for candidates with bachelor / master degree: proof of ECTS

- declaration for acceptance by the supervisor

- passport sized photo in electronic form

 Please understand that we can only assess the value of your previous studies and degrees after a WHU professor has confirmed to support your doctoral project.
