International Programs
WHU has established a unique worldwide network of cooperation with more than 190 partner universities. Either with or for these partners WHU offers international programs.
These range from the exchange program for Bachelor and Master students, to summer institutes and tailor-made partnership programs. No independent degree is awarded for participating in these international programs. Moreover, WHU offers special double degree programs to its Master students.
The exchange program is targeted to students from partner universities who would like to spend a semester or two at WHU. These students are integrated into the Bachelor, Master or MBA programs at WHU. In exchange, WHU Bachelor and Master students spend one semester at one of the partner universities.
Each year, WHU organizes in collaboration with its international partners two summer institutes for their Bachelor and MBA students, the so-called European Summer Institutes.
For its partners, such as Melbourne Business School and Carnegie Mellon University, WHU provides modules of the (Executive) MBA programs. These so-called European Programs are characterized in particular by a strong European focus.
Within the context of the programs Master in Management (MSc) and Master in Finance (MSc), a significant number of students will get the opportunity to participate in the double degree option of WHU. Students can earn a full degree of the partner university in addition to the Master of Science degree from WHU after completing only one additional semester abroad.
