From Koblenz main train station you can reach Vallendar using the Deutsche Bahn regional trains or the number 7 or 8/8a buses (operated by Kevag). The bus stop in Koblenz is directly opposite the main train station. In Vallendar you get off at the “Bahnhof” (train station) stop.  Both these routes take about 20 minutes each. Alternatively, you can travel southwards on a Deutsche Bahn train to Cologne, and from there take the Regional Express to Vallendar. This may be quicker than the route via Koblenz by combination of train and bus.

If you are driving, you can reach us from the A61 highway. At the Koblenz junction (“Kreuz Koblenz”) take the A48 towards Koblenz and exit at the Bendorf/Neuwied/Vallendar offramp.  If you are coming on the A3, take the A48 at Dernbacher Dreieck towards Koblenz/Trier and exit at the Bendorf/Neuwied/Vallendar offramp. From there, simply follow the signs to Vallendar. WHU is signposted within Vallendar. There is an underground car park adjacent to the university. Map24 will support you in planning your route.
