The Chair of Leadership at Campus Düsseldorf seeks to improve leadership in different contexts to ultimately create better organizations through scientific research, practice collaborations and education on leadership. In one of our current research projects we are investigating how virtual meetings in the workplace can be conducted more effectively. In particular, we are interested in the way in which managers and employees communicate in one-on-one meetings. We would be pleased if you would support us in this project starting October 15, 2020 as a Student Assistant (f/m/d).

Job Qualifications

  • You are enrolled in a Bachelor/Master program of (Business) Psychology.
  • You are interested in research on leadership and communication.
  • You work independently, responsibly, and well-structured.
  • You have good knowledge in SPSS and/or R.
  • You have very good English and German language skills (spoken and written).
  • You are proactive and motivated to do "cold calling" as well as attend networking events for recruiting participants.

WHU Toddlers is seeking a Temporary Assistant (f/m/d) for the Vallendar location at the earliest date possible.

Job Description

  • Planning meals, preparing food, shopping and integrating children in the kitchen
  • Household activities on the Toddler premises
  • Filling in for the nursery teacher during breaks, holidays and illness or, for example, during the settling-in period of new children
  • Carrying out projects planned jointly with the nursery teacher, springer, and children

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in caring for children, especially in the under-threes age group
  • Pedagogical training, e.g. as a day nurse, child carer or similar qualification would be desirable

  • Enjoy cooking, in particular healthy, well-balanced meals

  • Creativity, reliability, a sense of responsibility, the ability to work in a team, and a caring manner with children

  • Good knowledge of German and English
