Project Manager (f/m/d) - Henkel Center for Consumer Goods

The objective of the center is to contribute to the research of consumer goods in different areas, especially of Marketing, Management Accounting & Control and Purchasing, and to encourage an intensive collaboration with business. The Henkel Center for Consumer Goods is supported by an Advisory Board, consisting of leading representatives of its donor Henkel AG & Co KGaA, Duesseldorf and WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management. Numerous activities foster the exchange between Henkel managers and students of all programs. WHU students and alumni are supported with information about career opportunities and application processes with Henkel.

Job Description

  • Planning and organizing events with Henkel (on-campus recruiting, Henkel-WHU round table, company presentations, networking events with top management etc.)
  • Acting as interface between WHU students and Henkel
  • Documenting and analyzing HCCG activities
  • Independently creating meeting documents and the annual report
  • Designing and updating the website
  • Fulfilling general administrative tasks

Job Qualifications

  • A completed degree, preferably in project management, office management, event management, or related areas with previous experience
  • Professional appearance and ability to work indepentently and accurately
  • Interest in recruiting topics
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Strong communication skills in English and German and a strong service orientation
  • Willingness to attend regular meetings in Düsseldorf (Henkel, WHU Campus Düsseldorf)
