On January 22nd, Prof. Dr. Ralf Elsner, former CEO of Rhenania Verlagsgesellschaft in Lahnstein and faculty of the Steinbeis University Berlin, discussed direct marketing optimization for multi channel retailers in the course E-Commerce Operations Management.
Professor Elsner is co-author of articles that appeared in Marketing Science and in Interfaces and received both the prestigious Practice Prize 2003 of the Marketing Science Institute and the Franz Edelman Practice Prize 2002 of the Institute of Operations Research and Management Science (INFORMS).
