Students learn how to optimize their personal potentials in the context of demanding corporate or entrepreneurial careers. At the core of the course stands the peak potential framework around 3 dimensions: Mind, Body, Purpose. Students get exposed to the scientific evidence that demonstrates the positive impact of being strong in mind, body and purpose on wellbeing and performance. The course teaches pragmatic, real-life practices that allow executives evolve their operating models to build strength in mind, body and purpose. In addition, the course introduces students to the cross-cutting principles of habit formation and of achieving optimal stress (while steering clear of burnout). Students not only learn about leading themselves to their peak potentials, but also about how to lead others and how to lead organizations to reaching their peak potentials. The course invites students to experiment with committing to specific new microhabits throughout the semester.
