Building on the Birkman Personality Profile, students will gain additional insights about their unique strength within the team context.

Students will also learn about stages of team development and team dynamics.

An offside workshop at an outdoor location will help the students to put the insights into practice.

Learningmethods

(1) Leadership Prep Coaching: In preparation for the Credo, you will have individual Prep Coaching Sessions with Daniel

(2) Leadership Credo Preparation Day: we will have a final prep class for preparation, fine-tuning, and coaching sessions

(2) Leadership Credo Presentations: you will deliver your credo presentation in the Glorreich Theatre.

Exam

Deliverables

(1) Attending at least one Prep Coaching session with Daniel

(2) A write-up of your credo (350-500 words)

(3) Oral presentation of your Credo
