This two day course identifies and explores key factors which are essential for corporates to innovate.

During the course we will look at various corporate and startup innovation programs, outcomes and identify key factors which have made them successful and/ or fail.

We will explore various Corporate Startup Engagement (CSE) programs, and generate sustainable solutions for long term success. What role does culture (country and work environment) play in cultivating a culture of innovation? Are some corporates at an advantage due to their location as it relates to taken acquisition, digital transformation, and innovation integration? What role does social media play in transforming today's corporate environment? This course is interactive, strategic, and together we will generate solutions for Corporates to innovate as 2020 rapidly approaches us.
