Lectures, case discussions and online simulation game.
Grades are based on five group case assignments (30%), a Data Analytics Simulation Game (10%), Class Participation (10%) and a written 1h final examination (50%). The groups can have 4-5 members; no exceptions permitted. Each team should include at least one exchange student; there is a strict limit of four German students per team.
An introductory course to Production and Service Operations Management as well as Statistics is recommended, but not required.
