This class concentrates on the psychological foundations and processes underlying the behavior of individuals and groups in organizations and work environments. The objective of this class lies in providing students with a sound understanding of psychological theories and models of human behavior. Upon successful completion of this course, students should be able employ psychological principles to analyze and understand individuals’ and groups’ behaviors in organizations and the contemporary workplace.
