The course intends to introduce students into the art of strategic thinking, make them familiar with the complexities inherent in strategic issues and with the most important methods of strategic management.

The lecture consists of three major sections: (1) Strategic Thinking (military, business, new approaches), (2) Strategic Management (management of competitive advantage, change management, strategy process), (3) Strategic Leadership (strategic perspectives, success). The objective of the lecture is to critically question complex strategic problems. In the course, in addition to the knowledge transfer, the application is practiced in case studies with the aim of asking questions to the strategy (what else should one know in this situation in order to make a decision).
