We take students’ mental health and wellbeing seriously and are committed to contributing to a safe and secure school environment that offers support, reduces stigma, and encourages open conversations about mental health.
Our goal is to support you in navigating all kinds of situations and challenges that may arise during your studies — whether you're currently struggling or simply want to stay mentally strong. You don’t need to wait until things feel overwhelming to reach out. Taking care of your mental and physical wellbeing proactively and building resilience can make a big difference — during your time at WHU and far beyond.
