WHU Bachelor Programs: Fees & Financing –

Invest in your future.

We think our international Bachelor programs are a great investment, which is why we do everything possible to make them accessible to all. Financial concerns are definitely not part of our admission criteria.

A number of financing options are in place at WHU to ensure that you can focus on your future without worrying about your finances.

You receive BAföG funding?

BAföG recipients are exempt from tuition fees!

Take a look at our financing options:

For 15% of our German students, scholarships are available. These are allocated based on the German Federal Education and Training Assistance Act (Bundesausbildungsförderungsgesetz - BAföG).

To apply, you have to make a claim to BAföG based on your household income and assets. A BAföG certificate will then verify your information.

The BAföG application must be submitted to the corresponding BAföG authority between August 8th and September 30th. Usually, the final BAföG assessment will be available by November. If you are not eligible for the scholarship, WHU will claim the tuition fee accordingly.

After receiveing a study offer you will be able to apply for a tuition fee waiver or reduced tuition fees at WHU. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

If you’re a German student with a considerable income and assets of up to €7,670 above the BaföG limit per year, you will be eligible for a reduced tuition fee. The reduction is 90% of the tuition fee according to experience. The application procedure is the same as for the tuition fee waiver.
