In Praxi e.V. – WHU Alumni Association

In Praxi e.V. is the alumni association of WHU - Otto Beisheim School of Management, based in Vallendar near Koblenz. In Praxi has over 4,500 members in 65 countries and continues to grow.

WHU offers a wide field of opportunities to support chairs or departments with their daily processes to gain business knowledge or work part-time on a Minijob basis.

Job description

  • Support of lecturers when creating and starting a hybrid event
  • Moderation of incoming questions from online participants
  • Operation of the Zoom user interfaces
  • Operation of the media system
  • Physical presence on the WHU campus in Vallendar is required

Job Qualifications

  • Good general knowledge in handling computers with regard to hardware and software (interfaces, device selection, control elements)
  • Knowledge in moderating Zoom sessions or readiness for quick familiarization
  • Time availability on weekdays between 8:00 and 19:00 o'clock by arrangement (supervision of individual or several courses)
  • Very good knowledge of German and English

Job description

  • Support the WHU PR team in a variety of tasks
  • Specifically: participate in and report on student initiatives and other WHU events
  • Research, conduct interviews independently and prepare them for publication on various channels
  • Be available for an average of 4-6 hours per week

Job Qualifications

  • You are a WHU student.
  • You have a high level of written and spoken English and can also communicate well in German
  • You like to write, are fit in spelling and grammar, and have a good intuition for text design and communication
  • You are creative and contribute your own ideas to topic planning
  • You are flexible, reliable, and enthusiastic.
