CRM Manager (f/m/d) - Salesforce Unit

Our task is the implementation of Salesforce as a CRM system at WHU. Our passion is the creation of the best possible experience for a candidate. For this, we support our colleagues in the marketing and sales teams in optimizing processes, leveraging data to an efficient level, and strengthening the communication touchpoints through-out the whole customer journey. To do this even better, we are looking for you!

Locations: WHU Campus Vallendar or Düsseldorf
 

Job Description

  • Actively support internal stakeholders to ensure the ideal usage of the CRM-system (Salesforce)
  • Co-develop new efficient ways of working with the system and provide continuous guidance for end-users
  • Optimize the accuracy of information streams across teams to ensure the best possible information flow
  • Co-develop CRM journeys and communication strategies with WHU program teams to ensure the best engagement of potential students for the School
  • Monitor and analyze data to evaluate KPIs and define actions based on data
  • User onboarding including profiles, roles and permissions

Job Qualifications

  • Sound experience in working with CRM systems, ideally Salesforce Sales Cloud
  • Understanding of sales and marketing processes and their implementation in the CRM system, ideally knowledge in the usage of email marketing tools
  • Close attention to detail and excellent analytical skills, able to explain complicated procedures
  • Ability to quickly identify and integrate more efficient workflows and processes, find, and fix errors
  • Reliable team player with a solution-oriented mindset
  • Strong communication skills in English and German
