Manager Room Distribution (f/m/d)

The administration of WHU ensures the smooth operation of the business school in a professional, service-oriented approach. These teams enable everyone who studies, teaches and researches at WHU to concentrate on their individual area. In addition to teaching, numerous extra-curricular events are offered on campus by student clubs, chairs and service departments. The focus of the position is the coordination of these events.

Job Description

  • Room and schedule planning for extra-curricular events
  • Advising of the planning and conducting of events
  • Room and schedule planning for research events and for courses of the Doctorate Program
  • Scheduling of EMBA courses
  • Room and schedule planning for Career Center events

Job Qualifications

  • Completed commercial training
  • Ability to work independently in a structured and effective manner
  • Good knowledge of Office-Software, especially Excel and Word
  • Good communication skills both in English and German
  • Knowledge of Campus Management System is of advantage
  • Flexibility and the ability to work under pressure
