Short biography:

Lucas Lange has been working at the Chair of Technology and Innovation Management as a research assistant since January 2020. Prior to his time at WHU he successfully completed a BSc in Industrial Engineering and Management at the University of Bayreuth and an MSc in International Management at ESADE in Barcelona. During his studies Lucas Lange was able to gain practical experience and insights into different industries through numerous internships in Germany and abroad, including Silicon Valley.

Research interests:

Lucas Lange's research focuses on the organization of international research and development activities in companies. In particular, he focuses on the identification of coordination mechanisms to optimize the success of innovation.
