about the role of personal assistants

Do you juggle the numerous responsibilities of your manager on a day-to-day basis? Do you constantly have to navigate interactions with a multitude of different personalities? Do you sometimes find yourself in situations where you have to mediate for your manager? Then we would like to hear more from you!

We are currently conducting a study at WHU - Otto Beisheim School of Management on the unique role of a Personal Assistant. Through interviews, we want to explore how you perceive your position and how you help shape your managers' and their employees' day-to-day experiences.

What does participation look like?

Participation involves a one-off interview lasting approximately one hour.

What are the conditions for participation?

To take part, you should be at least 18 years old and speak fluent German or English. You should also have been working in your current position as a Personal Assistant for at least six months.

What do I get out of it?

In return for your participation, you will receive an interview evaluation with personalized recommendations for your day-to-day work.
