Prof. Dr. Arnd Huchzermeier and Jannik Wolters presented research on Retail Analytics in WHU’s 1st Machine Learning Workshop

In their joint session on Retail Analytics, Professor Huchzermeier and Jannik Wolters presented latest research that was supported by data from the supermarket chain Real. Churn prevention through targeted marketing as well as joint in-season and out-of-season promotion demand forecasting were the two main focus areas.
