We reserach the impact of corporate leadership on strategy and change and provide valuable insights in the field of strategic leadership.

Professor Ayse Karaevli is the Chair of Corporate Management & Change. She holds a Doctor of Business Administration from Boston University, and completed her post-doctoral studies at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. She conducts research in the broad area of strategy with a focus on Strategic Leadership and Corporate Change. The Chair currently offers courses on Leading Strategic Change, Negotiation Strategies & Skills, and Strategic Negotiations.
