Tuition Fees and Refund Policy
After March 15, 2018 the online payments will be checked. The registration fee cannot be refunded.
Once officially registered, the tuition fee (for non-nominated students) cannot be refunded completely due to administration costs generated. If you have to cancel your participation due to serious reasons until May 15, 2018, we will refund 75% of the tuition fee. Later on, until the definitive start of the program, only a reimbursement of 50% of the tuition fee is possible.
Depending on your nationality, you might need a visa in order to be able to enter Germany. You have to apply for the visa from your home country (or country of residence) - visas are never issued in Germany! Please take care of visa matters as early as possible and always contact or visit the website of your local German Consulate/Embassy to determine whether a visa is required or not. For example US-citizens in possession of a valid US passport do not need a visa for stays up to 90 days. The passport must not expire before the end of the scheduled trip. Regarding visa you will find further information at: https://www.auswaertiges-amt.de/en/einreiseundaufenthalt/visabestimmungen-node/staatenlistevisumpflicht-node
Schedules are available online in spring 2018 and then regurlarly updated. Please note that they are preliminary and subject to change.
