Registration Fees and Refund Policy

After March, 1st 2019 the online payments will be checked. Once officially registered, a refund is not possible.


US-citizens in possession of a valid US passport do not need a visa for stays up to 90 days. The passport must not expire before the end of the scheduled trip. You can contact your local German consulate or Embassy to determine whether a visa is required. Please note that WHU cannot issue visas. Regarding visa you will find further information via the Federal Foreign Office


Schedules are available online and will be updated on a regular basis. Please note that they are preliminary and subject to change.

Aiport Pick-Up

An Airport Pick-Up will be organised for you on the first day of each session:
Where:  Frankfurt Airport, Meeting Point Terminal 1
When:   Between 10:00 and 11:00 am

An Airport Drop-Off is organised for you in the morning after the end of each session.
Where: Vallendar Mitte
When: tba

Please inform Carina Humpert (carina.humpert@whu.edu) about your arrival schedule as soon as possible to make sure that you can profit from the aiport pick-up.

Dress Code

The general rule is: Smart casual for classes and business casual for company visits and events.

Laptop Use

You will have full access to our computer facilities, but please also bring your laptop.

Course Material

Before your arrival you will be asked to prepare for the first class using two pre-readings which will be sent to you via email. Please make sure that you check your email account regularly.

Upon arrival you will receive a USB flash drive containing all course materials for the two weeks, giving you readings for each day.
