Reform of the Riester pension: What to do now

With an actuarial interest rate close to zero, the contribution guarantee can no longer be kept

The Riester pension is in urgent need of reform so as not to completely discredit the instrument of funded provision among the population. The result would be, with a little more risk, a lot more return. What does it need to achieve this? The abolition of the contribution guarantee.
