New Publication in Journal of Management

Professor Dr. Faems' recent paper entitled "Multistep Knowledge Transfer in Multinational Corporation Networks: When Do Subsidiaries Benefit From Unconnected Sister Alliances?” (with Brenda Bos, Florian Noseleit and Bart Leten) has been accepted for publication in the prestigious Journal of Management. In this paper, the authors study when subsidiaries of multinationals can benefit from the alliance activities of other subsidiaries within the same multinational for generating new knowledge.
