On Friday, October 2, we were very delighted to welcome Mr. Harm Ohlmeyer, CFO of adidas, as our guest speaker. Mr. Ohlmeyer hold an interesting talk on the topic "Corporate Finance in Times of a Global Pandemic" as part of the MSc. class "Capital Market Theory". During the talk, he shared how adidas managed to obtain strong credit ratings and successfully issued corporate bonds with a total value of €1.5 bn, despite the severe impact of the COVID-19 pandemic.
