How to make diversity work?

Effectively establishing diversity is not only important but also challenging.

Leaders often think that it is sufficient to put together a diverse group of people to achieve high performance outcomes. However, current research shows that there is more to the successful implementation of diversity, and that it is not something that happens automatically. The obstacles that prevent diversity from adding greater value to a business may be more obvious than we think. In the video above, Professor Gerpott explains what prevents diversity from reaching its full potential and how to address it.
