Summer Team-Event 2023

After an eventful period at the Chair of Leadership, this year's team day offered a special opportunity to come together to reflect on past events and upcoming changes.  

The day started with a team meeting to officially welcome our new Ph.D. students Yannick Endres and Hannah Baum. This "welcome" was accompanied by the farewell of Vera Schweitzer and Lioba Gierke, whose time as Ph.D. students at the chair will end with the upcoming defenses of their Ph.D. theses.

After a short lunch in the sun, we continued the day at DüsselLiebe, a small Atelier in Duesseldorf Flingern. Painting ceramics together not only offered the opportunity to express creativity in new ways but also to exchange ideas and get to know each other better in a relaxed atmosphere. Our finished masterpieces will certainly remind us of this wonderful day for a long time!
