Professor Hau Lee from Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business, Professor Shiliang (John) Cui and Professor Ricardo Ernst from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business and Prof. Dr. Arnd Huchzermeier (Chair of Production Management at WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management) ce-edited a book on “Creating Values with Operations and Analytics” as a tribute to the contributions of Professor Morris Cohen from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School. The book is listed in the Springer Series in Supply Chain Management edited by Professor Chris Tang from the Anderson School of Management of the University of California at Los Angeles.
The chapter “Playing with DISASTER: A Blockchain-Enabled Supply Chain Simulation Platform for Studying Shortages and the Competition for Scarce Resources” is co-authored by Daniel Hellwig, Kai Wendt and Prof. Dr. Arnd Huchzermeier (all WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management) and Professor Volodymyr Babich from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business.
