LZ bootcamp – Omnichannel Sales

We are pleased to host the third module of the LZ bootcamp – Omnichannel Business.

Today we are proud to host the third module of LZ bootcamp – Omnichannel Business at WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management. Almost 30 executives from retail and consumer goods companies came this morning to Düsseldorf to participate in the program.

Prof. Dr. Martin Fassnacht opened the bootcamp with his academic lecture on omnichannel sales. In the morning session we also welcomed Prof. Dr. Arnd Huchzermeier (WHU), who presented latest findings regarding returns management. The academic part was followed by two expert sessions: First by Dennis Schmitz (Director Account Management Hightech & Entertainment at Arvato SCM Solutions), who presented on the topic outsourcing in the age of omnichannel; Second by Manuel Stellmann (Founding Team Picnic) and Dr. Christoph Kirmse (Growth Analyst at Picnic), who introduced the participants to the Picnic Real-Life Case and supervised them during the work for group presentations.
