The corona crisis brings uncertainty and has a significant impact on businesses.

In the course of the digital development of teaching formats and as a response to the corona crisis, WHU - Otto Beisheim School of Management is launching the series of Online Sessions "Business in a Post-Corona World - Impact of the Current Crisis on the Future of Businesses, Markets, and the Economy". The WHU faculty and guest speakers will highlight current topics and provide new insights into the corona crisis and its effects on companies and the economy.

Up next in our series: How the corona crisis changes B2C business (May 05 at 17:00) held by Professor Dr. Martin Fassnacht. In this webinar, Professor Fassnacht provides food for thoughts on how consumers are changing their buying behavior due to the corona crisis. Based on those changes, he will outline strategic implications for B2C businesses with a focus on marketing, customer relationship management, and smart data.
