In addition the demand for vegan nutrition is increasing. To keep up with consumers' food choices, discount chains like Aldi are stocking an increasing number of vegan options. In the MEX magazine (Hessischer Rundfunk) Prof. Dr. Martin Fassnacht was asked to comment on the “vegan strategy” of Aldi.
