On April 14, 2019, our students of the Part-Time MBA Marketing Class presented the results of their group work regarding the Real-Life Case Study with Vorwerk. Clemens Boldt, Head of International Business Development and Operations at Vorwerk Temial provided three challenging cases. The first task was to elaborate a detailed campaign for Vorwerk Temial in order to promote the omni-channel availability of its products. In addition, the students had to evaluate and identify potential partner companies to extend the sales scope of one particular product. Finally, in order to increase customer loyalty and to strengthen customer retention, the students were asked to develop a loyalty program.
