How to write better and more effectively?
On August 24th and 25th, Prof. Gerpott organized the annual Writing Workshop of the German Psychological Society (DGPs) for PhD students in Work and Organizational Psychology. Together with six pro-bono mentors who devoted their time to developing the next generation of scholars, we spend two days in impulse sessions and small paper discussion groups. Besides discussing concrete manuscripts, a big part of the workshop was also devoted to general writing advice and thoughts on how to successfully start an academic career.
