Since September 2016 Professor Dr. Sonja Klose has been teaching at the FOM University’s study center in Berlin. Her research interests include marketing & communications management, customer relationship management, services marketing, social media & mobile marketing as well as e-marketing.
Professor Dr. Klose wrote her dissertation on the topic ‘Threats to existing customer relationships’ at the Otto Beisheim Endowed Chair of Marketing and Commerce at WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management. She completed her doctorate in 2007. Afterwards, she worked as Head of Marketing and PR at WHU, welldoo GmbH, Friendsurance and LucaNet AG. Since 2016 Prof. Klose also works as self-employed coach at Powerhouse Coaching.
The FOM’s decision to confer the title upon Professor Dr. Klose is both an acknowledgement of her outstanding achievements as well as recognition of WHU’s work in support of up-and-coming academics.
