How can you build a customer-centric business? Is it actually necessary to be customer-centric?

On Wednesday, March 10th, attendees of our Customer Development and Discovery Workshop had the chance to learn directly from the #Founders and #CEOs of OnTruck.eu and HelloFresh, Robert Ermich and Thomas Griesel! During the workshop, they learned about key success factors and pitfalls with regard to the methods, tools, and ways of thinking needed to be customer-centric. In addition, the speakers leveraged their experience to explain the importance of developing hypotheses, conducting testing, and more!
