The16th edition of the successful textbook “Einführung in das Controlling” (Introduction to Controlling), written by Jürgen Weber and Utz Schäffer, has just been published and is available in print and as an e-book.
Taking account of digitalization and its implications on new controller roles and competencies, the authors have revised many parts of the book. The textbook is accompanied by the 4th edition of the student manual that includes study questions and interesting case studies.
"Einführung in das Controlling" is the best-selling textbook on controlling on the German market and has been translated into Chinese, Russian, Polish, and (in parts) English.
