The Consortium took place at the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville.
The Consortium aimed to enhance the development of doctoral students conducting dissertation research in the domain of innovation and new product development. During this two-and-a-half-day event, our doctoral students Lucas and Marius got an opportunity to interact with and receive guidance from invited faculty on conducting impactful research on innovation and new product development.
Among the participants were the current Editors-in-Chief of the Journal of Product Innovation Management (JPIM) Jelena Spanjol and Charles Noble and former editors Gloria Barczak and Abbie Griffin. The 20 doctoral students, who had traveled from all parts of the world, enjoyed not only the intensive professional exchange, but also what the university and the city had to offer.
