In a two-day online workshop led by Kathy Miller, Vice President of Business Development at Moresteam, two groups of undergraduate students successfully eliminated waste in an email chain. The students enjoyed the workshop very much as they were able to apply their newly acquired knowledge and had to optimize their own role in the process. Prior to the workshop, students had to complete 80 hours of online training on Lean Six Sigma tools. The Moresteam Green Belt certificate is certainly of great personal and professional value.
