Last Tuesday, February 2, 2021, we welcomed Frank Frohmann, author of the book "Digitales Pricing", as a guest speaker in our MSc course "B2C Price Management". Mr. Frohmann gave us interesting insights into the challenges and opportunities that arise in pricing due to increasing digitalization. Professional price management should go beyond the pure optimization of the pricing process and also reflect the higher-level decisions on the business model and the revenue model. We thank Mr. Frohmann for the exciting lecture and his contribution to our course.
