Title: Behavioral Simulation of Blockchain-enabled Order History Sharing and the Bullwhip Effect

Abstract: Using a behavioral competition-for-supply game, we investigate the consequences of sharing retailers’ historical orders on the Bullwhip Effect. We find that seeing historical information causes faster order inflation. Sharing the entire order history leads to slower escalation than sharing orders from the previous round only.
