Knut Alicke from McKinsey on Operational Excellence

In today’s lecture (A-Track) of the Bachelor course Production and Service Operations Management, Prof. Dr.-Ing. Knut Alicke, Partner at McKinsey & Company and Adjunct Faculty of the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology as well as the University of Cologne, gave an online presentation on “Operational Excellence in Turbulent Times”. During the Covid-19 crisis, companies accelerated in digitalization and supply risk management. Thus, they enhanced their resilience for the next crises which will surely come.
