Science prizes 2023 awarded in Dusseldorf

The EHI Retail Institute and GS1 Germany have awarded this year's science prizes at the Dusseldorf trade fair. Prof. Dr. Arnd Huchzermeier (Chair of Production Management) is a long-standing member of the jury. The laudation for the best chair project was held jointly with Ms. Katja Sottmeier, Head of Digital, CRM and Analytics at HORNBACH. The award went to Prof. Dr. Bernd Skiera and Prof. Dr. Jochen Reiner from Johann Wolfgang Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. The subject of the award-winning project is "ACoS Optimization on Online Marketplaces: An application using the Amazon Marketplace as an example".
