On June 15, 2023, the MBA Career Center at WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management will hold its Recruiters Roundtable on the campus in Düsseldorf. The event aims to bring recruiters together for an exchange of ideas, to provide valuable insights from WHU’s experts, and to function as a networking opportunity for guests to build lasting connections.
Professor Miriam Müthel, Chairholder of Organizational Behavior at WHU, will deliver a keynote speech, during which she will discuss “How to Fail Forward.” She will explain why we all need to embrace moments of failure, why we may be hesitant to do so, and how failure can sometimes be fascinating. Notably, she will discuss how today’s top managers can implement a positive attitude toward failure at their own companies.
The MBA Career Center will share updates on its current MBA programs, employment statistics, general trends, and expectations. In addition, participants will join a short workshop that looks at the role our careers play in our lives.
