Annually on November 9, the Falling Walls Conference in Berlin, founded in 2009 on the twentieth anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall, asks the question: Which walls will fall next? Numerous international scientists are invited to present research results that can change society and science for the long term. This year, Professor Dr. Dries Faems is one of those who will be able to present his contribution in the run-up to the conference. The Chairholder of Entrepreneurship, Innovation and Technological Transformation at WHU - Otto Beisheim School of Management will give his lecture on "Breaking the wall to manage political battles in inter-organizational collaboration". The presentation is already available online.
From November 4 to 8, the ten best contributions in each of ten scientific fields will be presented and discussed during the Berlin Science Week. At the conference itself, which is taking place online for the first time this year due to the corona pandemic, the most promising academic breakthroughs of the year will be honored. The online format opens the event to an even larger audience. Professor Faem's study is nominated in the fields of "Science and Innovation Management" and "Open Access & Cooperation in Science".
Further information such as the program and the video contributions of the other finalists can be found on the event website.
