Reiner Meutsch of the FLY & HELP Foundation to Hold Lecture
Reiner Meutsch Stiftung FLY & HELP

The FLY & HELP Foundation has its roots in a lifelong dream of founder Reiner Meutsch: He wanted to travel the whole way around the world. In 2010, he did just that. His itinerary saw him visit 77 different countries and support five different academic projects along the way. Those five projects were just the start of a long-term campaign that FLY & HELP began with the goal of promoting primary education. Since then, over 550 school-related projects have gotten off the ground. The foundation’s primary goal is to build schoolhouses in developing nations using the donations that it collects.

FLY & HELP has gone on to guarantee thousands of children in Africa, Asia, and Latin America a place inside the classroom, laying the groundwork needed for a self-sufficient future.

The Lions Club Vallendar WHU, a group of students and employees at WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management, has invited Reiner Meutsch to the school’s campus to hold a guest lecture on March 28 at 7:00 P.M. (19:00) in room E-102. During the talk, Meutsch will discuss his own experiences and the work that his foundation does. A small reception is to follow.

Those interested can register to attend by sending an email to Heike Hülpüsch.
