Please transfer the conference fee upon receipt of the invoice to the account specified on the invoice. The participant's name and the invoice number must be included as a reference on the bank transfer form.

Cancellations received by August 25, 2024, will be refunded in full. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after this date. However, it is possible to nominate a replacement participant.
