Henkel CEO Carsten Knobel at the Career Panel in Vallendar

On December 5, 2023, WHU students had the great opportunity to mee Carsten Knobel, CEO of Henkel, nd some of his colleagues from Adhesives and Consumer brands. The presentation had Henkel’s strategic agenda “purposeful growth“ at its heart: Along the vision “pioneers at heart for the good of generations“, Henkel is implementing its ambitious goals in the areas of sustainability, innovation, and digitalization. Carsten Knobel then opened the discussion round together with his colleagues Nina Dittmann (Corporate Strategy), Jasvinder Kaur (Director Global Strategy & Marketing Adhesives), Paula González Maestegui (International Brand Manager Consumer Brands), und Caitlin Schlappa (Strategy Manager / PMO E-Mobility Adhesives). Here, the students received insightful answers about Henkel as a company, their career opportunities, and the panelists’ personal experiences. The evening was rounded off with drinks and snacks at a relaxed get-together.
